Sounds like malware of somekind. Check your startup programs first. If nothing looks suspicious, open up your task scheduler (click on task scheduler library) and delete anything that may be related to that.

How do I know what is malware?

I went ahead and bought a virus protection program. There is no malware. What else could it be? It might be the mobo bios or something

I checked the startup programs I think, I looked up a tutorial and it pretty much just said go to task manager so I did that, I also looked task scheduler and it was super confusing for me, wasnt sure what I was supposed to look at.
