So i'm about to buy rust since people say it's good and stuff and I have the money but I don't wan't to waste my time downloading it since I have slowwww internet then finding out it is so slow for me. I'm pretty good when it comes to computers but I just need more professional help on this one.

Here's the specs -

Video Card - Intel(R) HD Graphics family
CPU - Intel(R) Core (TM) i5-4210U CPU @ 1.70GHz
Ram 6.0 Gb
Os Windows 10

Also if you say use systemrequirementslab.com I don't feel it's a honest review for my cpu says I won't run it when it comes to that one but everything else it says is a check.

Solution
You won't be able to play Rust on this setup (I assume it is a laptop). You will definetly need a discreate graphics card to run along side the CPU and assuming its a laptop you won't be able to upgrade it.
There is no chance of it running on Intergrated Graphics that are built into the CPU
