I currently have an A4 5300 CPU, and am planning to upgrade to Athlon X4 860k.

Seagate 250GB + 500GB HDD

Windows 7 Ultimate
Cooler Master K280
Question is, do I have to reinstall Windows 7 after upgrading my CPU?
