I saw somewhere that you could do this within windows, but I'm talking like phone and computer, not like HDMI and sound card.
I heard something about mixers somewhere, but I'm not interested in spending 25 dollars on a 2-channel mixer if I can just get a 1F to 2F audio splitter. The issue is that most audio splitters like this are for splitting microphone and headphone audio and I have only found a couple that are just output to output.
I wanted to ask if anybody knew whether these split the audio into right/left audio. because I don't want that. I want to keep my surround if at all possible.
If that's only possible with a mixer, I'll deal with buying one, but I want to confirm before I spend
$25 on something that I could've spent $5.
