i'd like to build a system that can (barely) run oculus rift. i have a i5-6400 and DDR3 RAMs that i'm going to use. my main concern is the mainboard. i'd like to get a ASRock H110M-DVS-D3 because it offers just want i want (and nothing more) at a low price. lets assume i'm not needing anything the ASRock H110M-DVS-D3 does not offer in the specs and i'll never upgrade my system.
but since most gaming PCs use more expensive mainboards i'm concerned that i may be overlooking something. will the H110 chipset with only 6x 2.0 lanes be sufficient to operate the 3x USB 3.0, 1x USB 2.0, a SSD and a HDD at the same time at full speed? is there another reason to spend more for the mainboard?
thx!
