I have a coolermaster mastercase pro 5 case with the h100i gtx cooler on the top and i have a corsair hydro watercooled 980ti...just wondering the best way to setup cooling with the gpu having its own radiator...do i put it on the front to get a pull of cool air or on the back where the warm air will be pushed out. To me, it makes sense on the front. Or maybe i setup the gpu for pulling cool air from the back? Ideas and suggestions would be welcomed.

Push to exhaust was more effective than pull in my experience, but I ended up running push and pull on the GPU cooler.

I set mine up in push/pull using the rear case exhaust, as like you I had my h105 using the top exhaust. Then just have some good intake fans on the front.

So your saying hook the gpu cooler on the back and allow air to go out that way? therefore using the top and fron tof the case for pulling in the cool air?

Yeah but have the fans exhausting out the top also. Just the front for intake.

Gotcha! Is there a risk of the warm/hot air "heating" the gpu though due to the air passing through the radiator to exhaust? I guess same question applies to the h100i if the warm air is to exhaust through the top too?

No not really, the ambient air in the case will be plenty cool enough with front intake fans and the exhaust at the top as well.

Awesome! That makes sense then guys. Really appreciate your advice and will try that setup. Should i have two extra fans on the top (along with the h100i cooler fans) and an extra one for the gpu radiator on the back? Or is that overkill?
