NAS Specs:

CPU: Intel Pentium G3240
Mobo: Gigabyte H81M-S1 LGA1150
RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury 8GB DDR3 1866Mhz
SSD: Transcend 64GB 6GBPS SSD
HDD: WD Green 4TB 7200RPM(Not Sure If Green Is 5400, Correct Me if I'm Wrong)
Cabinet: Intex Small Cabinet+Intex Local PSU(Will Upgrade PSU Later If Needed)
Switch: D-LINK 5 Port Gigabit Switch

My Network Will Be 1GBPS. So Is It Possible To Do It? I'll Store Games on NAS & I'll Get A Decent SSD For Gaming Rig.

Solution
It wouldn't work because the games wouldn't be installed on your PC.
And the NAS would be terrible for running/streaming the game anyways.
Just get a good HDD for your PC, it only needs to be 7200RPMs to not hold you back.
The Greens are 5400 drives, and that can hinder your gameplay.

Any particular reason why you would want to run the games off the NAS and not locally? If you're running them off the "NAS" it doesn't matter if your PC has an SSD.

Normally you would want your games on the SSD so they can load much faster.

No Dude I Don't Want To Use SSD To Store Games Data. I'll Use only SSD In PC So Thinking To Store Games on NAS. Will Install CS:GO on SSD Because CS:GO Is My Main Game :) Loading Time In Other Games Doesn't Matter.
