PC Boots Too Fast/Can't Access BIOS Menu

I have a Gigabyte F2-A68HM-S2 motherboard, and I would like to access the BIOS menu to activate the XMP for my RAM. Unfortunately, my PC boots too fast for me to hit the delete button. When I turn on the PC, the monitor turns on and straight to the Windows 7 loading screen.

Any workaround to this?

What CPU do you have? AMD? Are you sure you don't have fast boot on? Windows 7 should really be loading that fast on its own from a hard reboot.

You can disconnect the HDD with the PC off and boot then it will have no other option.

Did u completely power it off? Not a restart but shut it down and then turn it on? That should give you some more time. Personally if i know it will go by fast as soon as i hit the power button to turn it on i am already spamming the button. Also if you can get into the bios there may be a setting for how long it will offer the menu to you so next time it won't be so bad.

Do you have like fast boot on through the OS? Sometimes it took me a couple cycles to get it lined up right but its always worked for me like that. I leave all that fast boot stuff off for this reason.

Power the PC up when it's cold and yeah.....the guys are right, spamming the DEL key is probably the only quick option. If it does not work, you can always clear the CMOS by taking out the motherboard battery for 1 minute. When powering back up, your PC will enter BIOS automatically or will prompt you to enter yourself.

Tried this and turned my PC on with and without the battery. Unfortunately, it did not enter BIOS. Still went straight to loading Windows.
