Green Horizontal Lines on The Screen

hello guys,

yesterday i was playing cs go and then suddenly the game crashed ,i restarted my pc and then green horizontal lines showed up ,i changed my graphic card slot and still the same problem
but when i unplugg my graphic card and try the integrated graphic card the lines disappear
i know that the problem is with my graphic card but is it repairable or no ?
specs :
CPU :i7 4770k
GTX 780
Msi Z87-GD65
PSU 750w

Hopefully you weren't playing competitive.
Try putting the affected Graphics card into another PC and see if the problem continues. If it does, Then it is damaged.

wow i have exactly the same problem. GTX 660 Ti game crashed with vibrating noise then at boot i see green colums of pixels like in the matrix and a blue horizontal bar on DOS ... can get to desktop screen.
