I'm putting together a PC but when searching for parts I can often find them cheaper in other countries. I live in the Netherlands and I might be able to buy cheaper parts in Germany and Canada (not limited to those)
What are your experiences and opinions on buying outside of your own country? Mostly concerning warranty and shipping.
