Hi guys it's been a while :)
I'm really confused about this build
for now i have
Gigabyte ga-78lmt s2p
AMD Athlon ii x2 250
4 GB of value ram Kingston
Sapphire R7 265 dual x 2gb
and the most critical component PSU cooler master elite v2 500 watts

the questions
i think i will go for FX 8350 not willing to OC at least for now
and of course a mobo MSI 970 gaming
corsair vengeance LP 2*4 8gb

will my PSU handle that Build ??
and what a bout an Intel ?
I'm on a tight budget
Thanks

The CM elite v2 is trash. It has the necessary LISTED capacity to run that system, but it's quality is poor and it's doubtful that it can supply the listed capacity continuously, or for long. I'd seriously consider a higher end unit and that motherboard is not fit to be paired with an FX 8 core chip. I'd stick to an FX-6300 or 6350 if you don't want to replace the motherboard. It will still have significantly higher performance than that Athlon X2.

Realistically, if you can afford to invest in an FX-8350, then this would be a much better option with markedly better performance in every area except a handful of video encoding processes.

And then find a tier 1 or 2, heck, even a tier 3 unit is probably better than that Elite v2, from the tier list:
