Connecting to a wire printer on another network from a wireless laptop

I have an HP LaserJet pro 400 m401n printer that has an ip of 10.1.1.163

We have workers that migrate between 2 sites that has laptops which are connected on the 10.10.0.1 network. The laptop has an ip of 10.10.0.113.

How can the laptop print to the printer on 10.1.1.163? What needs to be done?

Otherwise, you may need to look into establishing a VPN service.
