So the past few days I've been dealing with an annoying persisting noise coming from my PC. It's either from my GPU or my CPU, can't really tell. It never stops while my PC is on. Any ideas what this might be? Thanks in advance.

I wish I can get RMA because I really wasn't happy with my card since I never had the expected performance out of it.
