I am thinking of making a new build. I already have the RAM which is 8GB. These are the specs:

CPU: Intel Core i7-6700 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor (£258.94 @ Amazon UK)
CPU Cooler: Corsair H110i GTX 104.7 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler (£119.36 @ Amazon UK)
Motherboard: MSI Z170A GAMING M7 ATX LGA1151 Motherboard (£172.28 @ More Computers)
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 980 4GB Superclocked ACX 2.0 Video Card (£418.16 @ Amazon UK)
Power Supply: Corsair RMx 1000W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply (£142.99 @ Novatech)
Total: £1111.73

Do you think these parts work together well? Do you think there would be any problem?

The work fine I would get a 980ti the price performance ratio is so much better. Also check out 650w evga supernova Gs its great psu otherwise nice build! Also check the motherboard see if it supports ddr3 or ddr4 and check it with the kind of ram you have. If you have ddr3 a nice i7 4790k and 1150 socket mobo by Asus or gigabyte will serve you well and save you money. One more thing you can't over lock that CPU only those that end with K are overclockable. Gl!
