I Built this system almost 5 years ago From A Settlement, With the ability and plans to Upgrade as I go along and as $$$ allowed.
In November My 6770 Video card Fan blades exploded there was 5 blades left on it of 11, I pulled the fan and was using a 80mm case fan zip tied to the frame of the 6770 video card until I was able to replace the card.
In Mid December I replaced it with this XFX and since I have been playing, My frame rates Are way below What I expected this card to be able to do., I have a open ticket Since Dec. With XFX support. I bought on Newegg new.

I have Windows Video Hardware Error messages,

In DayZ standalone I'm getting 32fps. Also with Black screens and error warnings or Just the whole system freezing, and I have to do hard reboot. In Day of Defeat I'm getting 98 fps with a settings set to 200 fps in the Read only Reg. World of Warships I'm getting 46fps. and in the World of Tanks I'm getting 38 fps. In Rift (Glyph) I'm a low 28 fps.

When the computer goes to black for about 20 seconds afterwards you can hear a slight vibration or humm,

Hello,

Thank you for contacting us about your issue. My name is Mark at XFX, I will be helping resolve this issue today.

Its possible the power supply is failing as well. Is the fan spinning in it?

Tutorial for proper driver installation.

1-Load windows with only your primary graphics card plugged in.
2-Disable any and ALL anti-virus/malware protection.
3-Download and Run the 15.11 (or latest) drivers from AMD.com (Omega drivers do not have Uninstall built in, you have to do it through add/remove, which is okay)
4-Choose to Uninstall/express (may not be available in newest version, download an older version) the existing drivers, and AMD folder
5-Restart the computer...

** If you have nvidia drivers on your computer, you might need to run the Uninstall feature of Nvidias driver as well.

I followed the instructions on the 18th And that night I went into ARK and about 1/2 hour later I had a Blue Screen of Death, With the error message
The UE4 Shooter Game HAs Crashed and will close
LowLevelFatalError [File:F\UE4U\UnrealEngine\Source\Runtime\Core\Private\Serialization\Archive.cpp][Line: 163] FArchiv does not support FassetPtr serialization. Use FarchiveeUObject instead

KERNALBASE dll!UnknownFunction (0x0000007fefd33b3dd) + 0 bytes [UnknownFile:0)
And lots more info
So No I don't think the current Video Drivers Are working Correctly Do you?
