My new PC keeps rebooting itself while playing games.

So a few days ago I bought a gaming rig, and I thought it would be a simple "Build and play". But of course, something went wrong.

Here are my specs + more detail about the problem:

i5 4690k @ 3.5 ghz
OC ASUS STRIX 970
500w EVGA 80+
1 TB 7200RPM HHD
Corsair 100R Case
GIGABYTE B85M-DS3H-A MB
CRYORIG H7 CPU cooler
Kingston HyperX Fury 1866 (white) 8GB ram (duel channel)?
Acer 144hz 1ms 1080p TN 24" display

So here's the problem, anytime I play a game, while the performance is great, my pc reboots not even a minute into it (on some lucky tries I get past 5 minutes of playing).

Is there a way to fix this WITHOUT buying any new parts? Or do I need to fork over more money to Amazon?

Solution
Could be a driver, PSU, GPU, motherboard or CPU. You're going to have to do some troubleshooting first. I would start by uninstalling the graphics driver with Display Driver Uninstaller and then reinstalling the latest driver. If that doesn't work, test another PSU in your system.
