New build not POST-ing (or at least not outputting video).

Build is:
FM2A88X-ITX+
AMD Richland A4-6300
Corsair CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9 Vengeance 8 GB (2 x 4 GB) DDR3 1600 MHz CL9 XMP
Corsair CC-9011086-WW Carbide Series 88R Windowed mATX/Mini-ITX Case
Corasair 650W Gold PSU (tested in other machine)

Have both the 24 and the 4/8 pin power secure to the mobo? What mobo, CPU and DRAM?

Not quite sure what happened here, but I had typed out all this info. Please refer to this question (http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id-3012217/build-sound-video.html) (also mine) which contains all the info.

But, yes, 24 ATX pin plugged in as well as 4 pin CPU power all connected.

Fixed. Had to replace a 24 pin ATX power cable.
