Hey everyone, I'm here to ask the community if the computer I'm about to buy this weekend is intact a good pc for a beginner in the whole gaming pc world. The computer is listed for $350, which comes with just the computer no monitor, keyboard or mouse. Here is the specifications listed:

Intel i7 860 2.8Ghz
8GB Ripjaw RAM
Asus P7P55D motherboard
Gigabyte HD 7770 1GB GPU (which i'll be upgrading to a EVGA GTX 750 ti FTW)
Zalman Copper Heatsink/fan
Corsair CX430M PSU
OCZ Vertex 2 SSD 60GB (used for operating system)
Windows 10 Pro

The computer actually comes in a Server Chassis, which I found a little odd, but I can always migrate the PC internal into a more suitable case down the road. This seems to me like a pretty good build and the price is very comfortable because it at least has a GPU so I can begin playing a few small games right when I plug it in.

What do you think? Is this a good enough build for a beginner in 2016 or is this not worth the price? I've been looking up its parts all day, and so far it seems the only thing holding this PC back is the GPU from being a medium-high settings gaming pc.

Thanks again everyone!

Solution
It would be ok with a GTX 750ti. CPU is old but still capable. The rig it equiped for over clocking which I would not do with the PSU which is reasonable but no more than that.
