i was factory resetting my acer aspire one and windows 7 had a problem reinstalling , how do i make a repair/recovery disc ? (USB)

You can make one on another PC provided it has the same "bit" Windows 7 as yours (ie 32-bit or 64-bit).
The "make system repair disc" that's built in to Windows 7 requires a blank CD-R, pen drives not supported.
