Solution Phillip Corcoran Mar 25, 2016 You can make one on another PC provided it has the same "bit" Windows 7 as yours (ie 32-bit or 64-bit). The "make system repair disc" that's built in to Windows 7 requires a blank CD-R, pen drives not supported.
