GTA 5 language change?

I had installed GTA v on my laptop.The game worked fine but I am facing problems due to language...the Ingame language is not English maybe its russian.I can't understand anything... My system specs are -- i5 6200u,nvidia 930m 2gb...
Can u help me solve this problem...
