Which Power Supply should I go with?

I have the following components in my PC and I was thinking of buying a new Power Supply:

AMD FX-4300 3.8 GHz CPU, ASUS AMD R7 260x GPU, Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2PV Motherboard, 2x 4GB RAM sticks, 3 case fans.

I was thinking of buying Corsair VS Series VS450 PSU. But will a 450 Watt PSU be enough for this build? If not, please suggest me a good PSU somewhere around this price. My budget is around 45 USD/ 3500 INR.

Hi - A good 450w unit will do, but xtra doesn't hurt, so look at this one below 3000rs;

450W is the minimum power requirement. I wouldn't recommend that as you always want to keep some power in the tank. Here are my recommendations:
XFX TS 550w Full Wired 80+ Bronze Power Supply
Seasonic S12II 520 BRONZE, SS-520GB
The seasonic is the cheaper of the two and slightly above your budget but please don't cheap out on the PSU, it's a major component!!!

Cooler Master Power Supply's are good. But i've heard about a few issues on it, but it's a good PSU. Just make sure you get a good gaming PSU that meets the voltage that all your computer's components require to feed on.

If you can, get the Seasonic S12II, M12II, or similar, 450W will be enough for those, though if you want to overclock items you'll need a bit more to be safe
