does as rock z77 supports intel i3 6 gen

Solution
every motherboard with the z77 chipset uses the LGA 1155 socket, which was used for the 2nd and 3rd gen of intel I series CPU's. the 6th gen uses the LGA 1151 socket, and while I know that the sockets are very similar, they are not interchangable, and not compatible.

that is wrong. 6th gen needs the LGA 1151 socket with the h110/b150/z170 chipset.
the x99 is for haswell based enthusiest CPUs (core i7 5xx0k) and E5 V3 series Xeons (E3-2xxx v3)
