So here's the thing, i planning to change amd rig to intel , what exactly should i choose to multimedia and play recent and upcoming game Online/Offline Ultra 60fps on Ultrawide 21:9 Monitor. and my internet speed is suck like 1mbps, is there any way to prevent lag while gaming online ?

i know my current build is ugly, and i need help. Is my planing upgrade build on the right track ? is my VS 550W can handle all of this ? im really noob at this and need the answer.. thanks
