I have a Thomson TG585 v7 router on a 100KB/s connection (I know it's pretty useless). My PC is plugged on ethernet. My main problem is that my sister wouldn't stop using YouTube and stuff while I'm playing online. It causes heavy lag most of the time. I have tried to turn off the WiFi but she wouldn't accept it. So I want to limit her bandwidth so she could still use the connection without causing lag.
