Ive never had A liquid cooler before, but i was thinkin of getting either the nzxt kraken x61 or the corsair h80i gt. Is there any bigger " trouble" in changing and cleaning the water?

Thanks.

Those are self contained units so you wont be changing or cleaning anything except dust off the fans. I'd personally go with the X61 (make sure your case can handle it). The Corsair i series have software problems and quality control doesn't seem to be the best on them. Plus the X61 and the h80i aren't comparable units.

What kind of case are you using and what do you want to get out of using water cooling?

Yeah thats kind of what I was leading up in to too. Liquid sounds cool but if your not OCing, it really needed. An Cryorig M9 for a basic level cooler that'll give good cooling and low noise, and H7 for better cooling and H5 for much better cooling. And hell if you wanted is to play with OCing, the H7 and H5 would handle any modest overclcoks quite well.

OH well hell, you can fit damn near anything you want in there liquid cooling wise, and you have 180mm for CPU clearance. I just put a X61 cooling system in that case for a friend not too long ago, it was a snap. That being said, the hum of the system kinda echoed in the case. Not annoying but not a silent build.

What do you want to use the water cooling for?
