Malwarebytes keeps on blocking uTorrent?

I'm just wondering, I have Malwarebytes Antimalware Premium. Why does it always block random IP's and ports from uTorrent? I always see notifications on the bottom right corner saying that it blocked a malicious website from uTorrent.exe and it shows all sorts of different ports and IP's and it says it's outbound or inbound. Here's what the notification says:

:( Malicious Website Blocked
Domain:
IP: [Random IP, it always changes]
Port: [Random 5 digit port, always changes]
Type: Inbound [Sometimes Outbound]
Process: C:\Users\MYUSERNAME\AppData\Roaming\uTorrent.exe

It's kind of annoying. It happens all the time. Recently I had a computer problem that keyboard and mice never worked on the Windows 8.1 login screen, so I had to reinstall Windows. My last older copy of Windows also did that too, now it's happening on this new install again. I've done some research and this happens to a lot of people for some odd reason. It happens every few minutes, and when it does, it's annoying to close the notifications. Sometimes, I press X to close the notification, 3 seconds later, another one. Another one. And another one. And sometimes instead of 3 seconds, it's instant. I press X, another one. Press X again, another one. INSTANT. It's so annoying that sometimes I have to disable my protection. uTorrent always opens when I startup my computer, could it be that it does it when it's open, or is it for everything?

I don't use uTorrent for pirating. Infact, I haven't even downloaded anything on uTorrent, neither have I pirated Malwarebytes.

I use it to open a port for one of my servers on my network, since my router can't open it for some odd reason, I use it to do the job.
