This is my first ever PC build and I want to go all out with the amount of money I am willing to spend. This computer will be for both gaming (I want to be able to run most new games on high settings) and video editing (Adobe Suite). Does this build seem good enough?

Thank you in advance!

Your build is perfect for your needs. You've picked up the most beasty processor out there in my opinion, it will do anything you throw at it! Then you went with a low-priced water cooler, I personally enjoy the H110s or something alike, they are a little more expensive I think... But it's ok I suppose! Motherboard is neat and the RAM you've picked is just more than enough for gaming as you might know but...
It's a beastly machine, but while you're at it, why not just get a 500GB EVO rather than just 250? you can spend a bit less on the case if you want, and make up for it with the SSD (something like a 500R or a Fractal Design Define R5 are ~$100, just enough to be net even)

Motherboard is neat and the RAM you've picked is just more than enough for gaming as you might know but perfect for the video editing part, the speed is also perfect. For the Storage part, a 1TB HDD running at 7200 RPM is perfect, however, a SSD of 250GB seems a little low capacity, even if it's only for the OS and a few more things, I'd recommend getting between 400 and 500GB. As for the graphic cards, you really went for the best! (a brief note: both AMD and Nvidia are designing new graphic cards which will come out this year I think and they will outperform any other graphic card that has been released so far, you can either wait a few months and see for yourself what's the best option for yourself or go with the 980 ti which, in my opinion, will do the job for many years). Case is beautiful and the PSU is outstanding. Although there's a real big gap between what your computer will consume when it comes to electricity (470W) and what your PSU handles (860W). That cannot be a problem though and it will leave you room for improvement if you so desire in the future. 10/10 on this built, very well done!

Its a great Build, IMO less on the case more on the SSD and you can pick something hell better for the h60 ITS NO BAD but if you want more room for overclock get at least a h80 or h110i GT like 40 bucks more...

As i told, IMHO :)
adn that H is for humble
