How can I get rid of U.S. Bank audio commercials?

If you mean while browsing websites, get chrome or firefox and enable audio controls, or use adblock plus to block that ad's website.

If you literally mean it just pops up without doing anything, unplug your internet, go to your local electronics store, and buy norton internet security, bitdefender, or kapersky and get rid of the malware you installed. In fact, I suggest a full reformat of your computer!
