Need help building first Gaming PC

Hello, I am building my First Gaming PC, I am looking to have this computer for the next several years while I'm away at college. I will be playing games such as League of Legends, CSGO, Minecraft, Garry's Mod, Day Z (If Possible), H1Z1, Arma III (If Possible), Civilization, ARK Survival Evolved (If Possible), Rocket League, Fallout 4, etc. My budget is only $850 and below, I am not too sure if I want intel or amd pcu, so all builds are in consideration, since I am not sure what I want. Thank you for you help!

This was my build from a few months ago... Since then I have upgraded the cpu to an i7 4790k, gotten a 250gb ssd and 8 more gigs of ram. This build ran LoL, CSGO, Minecraft, G mod, DayZ(kinda smooth), H1Z1, Arma 3, ARK, and Fallout 4 at high settings. The other games I don't have. But for the majority of those games, it didn't struggle to run the games at 60 fps or higher.

Hello, thanks for the build, two things that i will need is and OS and a Optical Drive, Any suggestions on them?
