Is my PC Build good? I live in the UK, so deals aren't that good. I'm on a budget of around £400 because this is coming out of my own money. I'm a teenager so I have to save up. I will have about 430 but I just want to know if there is a better performance build for around this price or cheaper. I don't have to buy the monitor as it will be a gift but it would be sweet if someone could recommend a good monitor, preferrably an LCD screen with FHD that's LED backlit.

So here goes.

CPU - AMD Athlon X4 860K - Amazon.co.uk £58.63
GPU - MSI AMD R7 370 Gaming Graphics Card - Amazon.co.uk £113.99
RAM - Hyper X Fury Red (2 x 4GB) 1866MHz CL10DIMM - Amazon.co.uk £29.99
PSU - Corsair VS450 - Amazon.co.uk £39.03
Case - Sharkoon VG4-W Red Gaming Case - Amazon.co.uk £35.99
Fan - LC Power Cosmocool 97 - Amazon.co.uk £8.50
Hard Drive - Seagate ST1000DM003 3.5 inch 1TB Barracuda Hard Drive - Amazon.co.uk £38.95

Keyboard and Mouse - HAVIT HV-KB558CM Gaming keyboard {UK Layout} and Mouse Combo Set - Amazon.co.uk £19.99
Potential Monitor (Not bothered about response time as long as it's 5 or less.) - Acer S240HLBID - Amazon.co.uk £119.99

Solution
Your build is quite good.

I saved you a little bit on parts and upped the quality slightly, dropped the storage in half, but got you an ssd. If you absolutely need storage, I could reconfigure a bit.

I left the mouse and keyboard to you, because that's the most personal choice, you will be physically handling those and will want to pick one you like.

Solution
Looks okay except for the PSU and case. And you don't need a fan.

Thanks a lot for replying, I don't really want an SSD because they are expensive, I'd prefer a HDD as I'm not really bothered about loading speeds, reading or writing. Also, I prefer the Athlon X4 860K because i've looked at a few benchmarks and the 860K slightly outperforms the FX-4300. They also have the same turbo clock speed so I don't think I'll need to change the CPU. A quad core intel CPU would be cool but I'd have to cut loads of things. As for graphics cards, I'm ok with spending the extra £4 for the MSI version because that comes with different modes, more customization options (I want to keep the theme of red as much as possible) and a higher clock speed.
With motherboards and the case. I can keep those the same because I'm sure I know how to build with those two components. For PSU, I think it's safe to have some extra wattage, just in case I make any upgrades and just to be safe anyway. For RAM, I don't know if 1 x 8GB performs better than 2 x 4GB, and if I have one stick and it breaks, it will cost more to repair, so I'd prefer a cheaper but equivalent 2 x 4GB Kit. Also, if possible, I would like to keep the RAM and HDD red. I don't know if you can do that but it would be sweet if you could. For a fan, I would prefer this one just to be safe. I also want the experience of putting together a fan. If you could cut down the cost of RAM and Storage, I might be able to buy the 4GB R7 370. To be honest, instead of lowering the cost, I'd prefer to cut down the price by £20 so I can buy the 4GB R7 370. I don't know if the processor will bottleneck that or not but If you can't find any red parts don't sweat it it's fine. Apart from that I have no worries, I'll be able to get the OS for free (legally, of course) so I was wondering which would perform the best (I want to use a form of windows). For the monitor I was considering this http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/aoc-monitor-g2260vwq6 but I'd really prefer an Acer monitor because most of them are LCD and LED backlit which look really nice. I'll probably use that Acer one I talked about earlier. But if you can't find red parts or cut the price don't worry. Thank you so much for reading my post and replying. It really helps. :)
