PC having Internet problems

PC having Internet problems. I had my computer factory restarted and the wifi is really bad. Whenever I open chrome my computer starts to lag.

Well, first off we really need more information on your computer. When you say your "Computer is lagging"; do you mean the COMPUTER is lagging or your internet? Because your title says "Internet Problems". Depending on the hardware inside of your computer and it's operating system, Google Chrome can cause computers to slow down drastically due to the way it was coded. It's a memory hog from the get-go, but it being a memory hog helps with it being more stable than other browsers. If it's not the INTERNET lagging and it's your computer, then I would suggest uninstalling chrome and reinstalling it. You may have some corrupted file somewhere in there that is just causing the problems.
