pc gets really loud when starting playing games...

in normal mode pc is very quiet but when im playing games its getting loud.i know the reason for it( fans spins faster because components are getting hotter).is it normal that pc makes such noise while playing games? its not that bad while im using headphones...

Well it's normal buts it's why people buy better quality fans and cooler running components as it all helps keep the noise down.

Is the sound coming from your GPU fans, other case fans, or is ot a whine sound(coil whine)? What are your temps like under stress for CPU and GPU?

while playing games the temps are about 50 c maybe 55 maximum its not high temps as i know for intel cpus.
the sound comes in my opinion from the bottom it means psu but Im not that sure...the sound is litrelly like whining sound of fast spinning fans.the sound isnt like a coil whine its just sound of fans that how i can describe it. it isnt whistling just making fan noise.

CPU temps sound fine. Do you have any kind of fan profile set? Possible to adjust fan curve in software to compensate to keep the fan speeds lower during gaming. May be able to sacrifice a few degrees for lower noise.

What is the temp of your GPU? You can use CPUID HWMonitor to find out. You don't have a lot of options that I can see. You might get a little benefit from adding a bottom intake fan to your case. When you are ready to upgrade, choose an efficient GPU with a quiet cooling solution. Same with the PSU.

OK. You could look in you BIOS and see if a "Silent" profile is available. Are your fans 3pin or 4pin w/ PWM? If profiles don't work, manual settings might work depending on motherboard options.

Eventually get the fan speed down with msi afterburner
