Hi, currently I have an HP Compaq 6000 Pro Microtower
SPECS:
Intel Core2 Quad Q9400
GeForce GTX 750 Ti (1GB NVIDIA)
Power Supply (320watt)

So I currently have 100$ in a year I will have at least 300$. Do I buy a Pentium G3258 with a new motherboard and put my 750 Ti on it and everything else as normal (if compatible I don't know yet). Or do I save up and buy a whole new PC.

Uses for this PC: Rendering, Gaming, School Work.

Okay do you know what mobo/cpu is the best for budget? Around 300$? I also want to be able to upgrade in the future.

In a year's time, what is available will be different. AMD will have Zen out, Intel will have Kaby Lake. However, if you were to buy today, it would probably be either a Xeon 1230v5 (i7 equivalent) + H110 motherboard (slightly over budget), or i5 6600 + H170 motherboard.

I am going to be trying to see how much money I am going to be getting from my birthday and depending on that ill get it. What would you recommend for 300-350$ With PSU, Case, Everything. (except ISO and CD-Rom) And Minus GPU aswell (I will get a better one in the future)

Also I really want Intel sorry for the AMD lovers ;3.

-i3 6100 is faster than i3 4170
-B150 motherboard is better than H81 motherboard
-Your build has 16GB of RAM, which is arguably better, but I find 8GB to be sufficient for now. The B150 board I picked out has room for 2 more sticks of RAM
-1TB HDD has more space than 240GB SSD, but the SSD is hundreds of times faster. I'd take the SSD, personally.
