Is 430W PSU enough?

that psu is plenty of power for the system with no oc on it.

you'll be well below the 390w that calculator gave you. the gpu is only a 120w part and the cpu is 95w. you'll not break 275w at load with the system. 430w is more than enough to cover that.

I'll use that pc for a year or two, then I will upgrade to something better, so, for now, that psu would be fine?

It's not what I'd get personally (I like to keep my PSUs through multiple upgrade cycles for like 10+ years), but it will probably get the job done for your needs. If you don't run the system under high load for multiple hours on end you'll be fine imo.

Unless you are handy with a soldering iron and know how to pick adequate replacement capacitors, you should aim for PSUs with better original build and component quality.

I have a handful of ancient (10+ years old) generic PSUs that still work perfectly fine, albeit after replacing nearly every electrolytic cap in them.
