Hello, first i will describe the problem:
Everytime i'm playing games or using internet i'm getting lag spikes. I don't know why, other people in my house don't have problems. Even when i'm alone im getting those lag spikes.
My internet is connected to modem (with coaxial cable) and then to Router with cable.
Then it is wireless

- Router: TP-Link TL-WR841HP V1.0
- Modem: Cisco DPC-3825
- PC:
Motherboard: M4N68T-M LE V2
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 840
GPU: Sapphire Radeon 7750
Power Supply: 500w Unbranded. Never had a problem with it. (tested it and it has 500w)
RAM: 4gb (2x2 GB) Kingston 1333.
USB Devices: GX Cavimanus
Razer Abyssus
Razer Cyclosa
USB Wifi Adapter: TP-Link TL-WN7200ND
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Blue Sata 3 500GB.

- Operating system:
Windows 7 Ultimate up to date. Service Pack 1

ISP: Fibertel
Devices connected to Modem: Only the router
Devices connected to Router: 4 Smart Phones (2 Lumia 635, 1 Lumia 620, 1 Motorola Rzr1), 3 PC and 1 tablet.

Nobody has a problem, i am the only one. And i don't think it is because of somebody using all the internet, i mean, when i'm alone and those devices are not using internet i'm still getting lag spikes.

I did a ping to 192.168.1.1 (Router), 192.168.0.1 (Modem) and www.google.com.ar and when i'm getting lag spikes on games those 3 are getting lag spikes too. It seems like internet disconnects and reconnects because for example in CS:GO and PoE i can't move for a second.

I think It's not ISP problem because people here is not getting lag spikes. I'm the only one, and we are all using the same USB Wifi Adapter. And i changed my adapter with my brother, and he is not getting problems and i'm still getting lag spikes.

Hope you can help me, wasted a lot of money on online games for nothing because i can't play right now.

Sorry if my english is not very good, it's not my main language.

Thanks for reading my post and taking your time to help me.

@edit: There is no way to use cable, i'm far from the router and i'm getting good signal. There is a lot rooms here in my house.

Solution
If you get a lag spike to the router itself it is likely wireless interference. It does not even have to be someone in your house it could be your neighbors using wireless causing it. It can be someone in a car driving by.

Now if you can use a different machine in exactly the same location using exactly the same nic it could be some strange driver problem but this would be very rare.

You have few options. You can try a different channel in the router but the 2.4g band is very crowded and you can really only use channels 1,6,11. You do not have router or nic that can run on the 5g band so that is not a option...the 5g band is getting very crowded also.

First I would test connected to the router with a ethernet cable just to...

Really your only option is to not use wireless to play games if you are getting interference. If you have no option to use a ethernet cable on a permanent basis maybe you could look at powerline network equipment as a alternative.

Hi thanks for the answer, that's right, people here in my house doesn't have those problems. i don't know what's causing them, maybe i will have to try with ethernet cable, will have to call ISP, they won't be very happy about it hahaha.
@edit: i changed to channel 1, it doesn't help. It's crowded as 6 and 11 :(
