Hello, I'm building a new pc to do these things:
- Video editing: all of my videos are 1080p, 5-7 mins length and edited with After Effect/Premier
- Graphic editing: Photoshop/Lightroom
- Playing and recording at 1920x1080 and at least 30fps: League of Legends

My current setup is:
- CPU: Xeon E3 1231-V3 3.40 Ghz
- Chip: Asrock B85 Killer
- RAM: Gskill 2x8GB something something bus 1600
- SSD: 250GB Samsung EVO something
- HHD: 1TB Western Digital black 7200rmp
Now comes the question: I'm not sure which graphic card I should buy. I'm suggested a GTX 960, however I guess it's too much for my needs and I'm thinking about GTX 750 ti. What do you guys think?

Besides, I've heard that video editing all depends on CPU, not graphic card. It means the xeon e3 isn't my best bet since it has no built-in GPU, thus I'm thinking about building a i7-6700 (non-k since im not ocing). Buying the i7 will delay my vga, so can I do my video editing on the 29" ultrawide screen with i7 only? In case of i7, which mobo and vga should I get? I want to save money since the screen cost somehow much.

No The Xeon and your machine in general are perfect for what you want to do and some Video editing apps can be accelerated by a GPU, so id say the GTX960 or 950 are your best bet. dont waste your money on a new machine.

^ I don't know how to quote your reply. Is my current setup strong enough to record 1920x1080 lol at 60fps? If I keep doing video editing, do I need any upgrade in the future?

More than likley yes you should have plenty of "Ooomph" for that, however more RAM wouldnt hurt, otherwise your system seems near perfect. oddly enough I cant seem to quote replies ither, there was button, mabey its my adblocker software.
