Z170 mobos are plagued with memory compatibility problems. Error 55 on the debug code, IRQL not less or equal, etc. Hitechlegion even has a YouTube on it.

Is C236 (the Xeon version) motherboard more mature and better build ? Is there any memory problem?

I'm trying to build a Skylake PC. In my country, a C236A motherboard is cheaper than any budget Z170 motherboards.

Have to keep in mind this isn't your everyday upgrade, where you get a new mobo and/or CPU, this is a completely new overall upgrade, you have new CPUs, new mobo (chipset), new DRAM (DDR4) and for most a new OS (many going Win10). The new DRAM in particular and with new coming out so often, the mobo BIOSs are going to be running behind, where people have troubles (and many afraid to upgrade the BIOS which is pretty easy), there's always the option to set up manually, we also see a lot of a long time thing, people buying DRAM and just expecting it to magically run at the spec data rate, not knowing they need to enable XMP or even that they need a CPU that can carry the data rate. I've played with higher end DRAM on mine, and had to...

I've played with higher end DRAM on mine, and had to keep up with the BIOS updates for XMP use, had to OC the CPU for some higher data rates (normal), etc. But thus far, at worse, been abole to set DRAM up manually with no problems

OK. Conclusion is consumer has to keep up with the BIOS. Hopefully the manufacturer is fast in BIOS updates to remedy bugs before the abandoning everything for the next gen Kabylake.
