My motherboard's temperature is 25-35 when I am not gaming however if I play some high end new games ( happened full settings on CS:GO too ) it is going up to 70-72. Other games usually max 60-65 celsius. Is it ok or should I do something to prevent that?

Intel Core i7 4790K // with stock fan
Zotac 980gtx
MSI gaming 5
16gb ram

I would be glad If someone helps about this I just build this big guy and I am kinda paranoid about temperature things.

It depends of what those temps are related to. If it's the chipset or VRMs, it is a bit hot considering they both have decent size heat sinks. But those are safe temps even so, if it is just during extreme heavy usage. Is the board in a decent case with good air flow?
I imagine the GTX 980 is getting warm too and blowing much of its heat into the case. Hard for passive heat sinks like on that board to cool themselves if the surrounding air is warm.
