Hello,
My PSU failed. Need help in buying a new one.

Here are my specs:

Intel Core i5 4670K @ 4.0GHz
Cooler Master D92 CPU Cooler
Corsair Carbide 100R Windowed
Sapphire Radeon R9 280 OC
HyperX Fury 4GB X 2 1866MHz CL10
Rex Cool R2-600 V2.3 PFC (Used - Don't know the exact age)
MSI Z87-G43 Motherboard
Intel SSD 530 series 120GB
Seagate SATA3 1TB 7200RPM 64mb
4 X LED Casing Fans + 4 X 1W LEDs

My only options are (according to availability),

1. Seasonic G550 80+ Gold - 115 USD
2. Corsair VS650 650W 80+ Bronze - 106 USD
3. Corsair VS550 550W 80+ Bronze - 65 USD
4. IN WIN GreenMe 650W - 82 USD
5. IN WIN Commander III - 108 USD
6. Cooler Master G650M - 98 USD
7. Cooler master B600 V2 - 82 USD
8. FSP Hexa+ 550 - 54 USD
9. Silverstone Strider Series 700W 80+ GOLD - 112 USD

I'm on a tight budget, around 80-90 USD. But if a more expensive one is recommended, I can afford it with difficulty. Please give your opinion according to my power requirements and durability of the PSU.

A quick reply is much appreciated.
Thanks.

Whatever you do, buy a quality psu.

A cheap PSU will be made of substandard components. It will not have safety and overload protections.
If it fails under load, it can destroy anything it is connected to.
It will deliver advertised power only at room temperatures, not at higher temperatures found when installed in a case.
The wattage will be delivered on the 3 and 5v rails, not on the 12v rails where modern parts
like the CPU and Graphics cards need it. What power is delivered may fluctuate and cause instability
issues that are hard to diagnose.
The fan will need to spin up higher to cool it, making it noisy.
A cheap PSU can become very expensive. Do not buy one.

I would concur with the Seasonic recommendation.
