My cpu (Intel i5-4670k 3.40gHz) performs very bad in games every second boot. so the first boot of the day tends to give me very bad fps, (cpu runs at an low avarage of 2GHz in game and cores at only 22% while temp at 32C). but when i reboot the computer runs like a dream ingame with upto 120 fps.
i dont think this is related to my graphics card(gtx 670) as it runs with optimal temperatures and capacity.
what could cause this?
any fix or solution?
