These are two "virgin" disks, yes?
If so, you understand that you are required to initialize, create a volume (partition), and format the disk(s) before the system recognizes them.
So when you say "they are not showing up", what precisely do you mean?
There's no indication in Device Manager and/or Disk Management that the system detects them?
