I need a laptop that runs Black OPs 3

I need a laptop that can run Black OPs 3 (lowest settings) without it being too expensive ($500-$700[All currencies in USD]) Intel or AMD doesn't matter. I would build a desktop but my friend says he can't have a desktop since it takes up too much space here's what the requirements are as it says on SRL (SystemRequirementsLab)
Intel i3 or higher (I prefer i3 or i5)
or
AMD A8 or higher
GTX 750M or something similar (I have the 750 and can run BO3 fine)
6GB+ RAM (I prefer 8GB but if it is 6GB then I can always upgrade in the future)

Believe it or not but dell actually made a good budget gaming laptop for 800$

If thats too pricey you can try your luck with this one im not too sure how well it would run bo3 though but its the cheapest "gaming" laptop you can get

Thats why I put gaming in quotations as its not really a gaming laptop just has a dedicated gpu

I say if you are going to spend 670$ just go for the dell I linked it will be 130$ more but the extra gpu will be well worth it
but if you want the one you linked go for it im sure it will play Bo3 at low settings.
