I have a EVGA 980ti SC+ running in a Cooler master cosmos 2 case and ive been hitting temperatures between 80 and 83c while gaming with a custom fan curve set at 60 is this something to be concerned about? http://imgur.com/VVl1PtT the link is to a screen cap of my hardware monitor. Thanks in advance!

If your card is overclocked, that doesn't surprise me. My MSI 980Ti was running at 80 solid when overclocked. My SLI'd 980Ti's run 65/80 a piece without an overclock. These cards tend to run warm, but you're well within safe range.
It's not really a cause of worry, as Ryan_78 points out, 90C is still plenty safe.
That big Cosmos 2 has plenty of fan locations, how many are used? Exactly what fans are installed? Improving airflow with more/better fans may lower the temperatures AND noise!
