Very doubtful, for H55 you'll want older low density based memory chip sticks. The Fury is bot high density and runs off PnP which isn't supported by H55. Might look at the GSkill NT series of value DRAM, it's some of the few sticks available today with the low density sticks
The problem is your motherboard has a maximum RAM support for 16GB, distributed in all 4 RAM slots... that means each slot supports 4GB maximum, so 8GB RAM modules will not work in that motherboard.

You can check that in the RAM support page... in this case you have to click on the link for the mobo revision 1.0 or 2.0 and will probably see that no 8GB RAM modules are listed.

RAM compatibility for revisions 1.0 and 2.0
http://www.gigabyte.com/support-downloads/download-center.aspx?kw=GA-H55M-USB3&ck=

Incidentally, some RAM issues will make themselves evident during a Windows installation... so don't take it working up to the loading of windows files as a definite sign of compatibility.
