I built a friend a computer in January with RAM out of my old system. On boot I got the three beeps and GPU fans repeatedly starting and stopping meaning bad RAM, so he bought some new RAM. Fast-forward to now I just got a message from him describing the same symptoms as before, the PC turned off while he was doing something and now it will no longer POST, same as before.

Solution
Always list all the parts being used with these questions.
In general you would remove 1 stick of memory and see if it will boot, then move the same stick to different slots, then try the other stick the same way.
The chances of 2 sticks of memory going bad at the same time is almost nonexistent unless their another problem that caused it.
