How to change input on crt tv without remote

Hey, I recently purchased a Toshiba CRT 27AF44 http://ak1.ostkcdn.com/images/products/L963943.jpg pictured here. I hook up my n64 and flip thru the channels and can't find the av video input. Is there a channel that you use for av inputs? My n64 does work and plays fine, but what channel is the front input on the TV, and do I need a remote to find the input.

Here is a link to the manual for it.
You will need adobe reader installed to view ir full screen. Open it as a PDF .
From a quick scan you need a remote.
A cheap $10 one from wallmart will most likely work.
