Okay, so the graphics card is a Sapphire HD 7950 Boost, and its fans randomly speed up for a few moments and then go back to normal speed.
At first i noticed it in games and thought it was normal, even though it was never that loud before.
But it came to my attention when it started speeding up on idle.
I ran HWmonitor and the idle temps were 34 degrees celsius, usage was 0%, GPU and memory clocks were 300mhz, but the fans were running at almost 3500rpm.
Fans speed up, and continue working at 3500rpm for 10 seconds and then go back to 1300rpm.
The fan settings were set to "auto" and the card runs at its default settings.
Rest of the computer: MSI Z97 Gaming 5, i5-4690k, 2x8gb Kingston HyperX Savage, Antec HCG-620.
