Anyone else use the gaming glasses?

I picked up some cheap gaming glasses, you know the amber ones that reduce eye strain. And i was wondering if anyone else uses them because ever since I started wearing them I cant stop ! I dont know if its a bad thing but even when i watch my TV without them i get headaches now :/

Those glasses work on a very basic principle and that's to block out glare and shift the color temperature to a more eye friendly color.

The headaches you are experiencing could be due to your eyes having trouble adjusting back to viewing the screen without the glasses. This happens with any pair of glasses that alter your vision in any way, from 3d to prescription. As is recommended when viewing any computer screen, you should take breaks every...

The headaches you are experiencing could be due to your eyes having trouble adjusting back to viewing the screen without the glasses. This happens with any pair of glasses that alter your vision in any way, from 3d to prescription. As is recommended when viewing any computer screen, you should take breaks every now from viewing. Eye doctors recommend that if you are going to put onsomething that alters your perceived color, it should not be for more than 6 hours a day. Any longer and it is possible to permanently alter your color perception.
