New To the world of pc gaming i have 3 options

I'm New too PC gaming after being a console gamer, i currently have a ps3 but decided to go PC before a PS4,

there is a local store that has three gaming PC new that are within my budget,
i know it would be cheaper to build a PC myself but to be honest i watched videos and
just not confident in doing that just yet, I like games like GTA, FIFA, FALLOUT and CALL OF DUTY, so i would like to play these games smoothly and decent FPS prefer HIGH setting but im happy for now with medium-low if i have to, because don't have too much money yet to buy a good PC but i will upgrade parts when i do, anyway here are my options,

I'd say go for the first one. It has the best CPU of three and it also has fairly decent integrated graphics. It also gives you a very simple upgrade path: Get a couple more identical RAM sticks (TeamGroup Vulcan 4GB 2133MHz DDR3) and an R7 250X (and run the card in dual graphics mode with the iGPU).

Also, keep in mind the PSUs used in all 3 machines are pretty bad, so if you want to be safe you can replace it at some point.

everywhere i go they tell me the AMD Kaveri A10-7870k CPU are a good cpu what would you change this for,

While the AMD Kaveri A10-7870k is good for the money it is very weak for modern games. To play at good fps at medium to high settings and buying new parts you want a Skylake i3 or i5 and something like a GTX 960. By the time you also buy a copy of Windows your looking at around £600 to get a mid range gaming build for 1080p. At your budget consoles make more sense unless willing to buy 2nd hand. You need to factor in PC games are cheaper so in the long run a £600 PC will be cheaper and has great upgrade paths. Those systems you listed all use end of life motherboard sockets and come with what are considered weak cpu's by todays standards with no good upgrade options

All three of those builds are very bad, the are using AMD CPUs that have no upgrade path.
I made a build for you that is a lot better than all of those three.
If it's overbudget swap the i3 with G4400 and you should be good.

Not anything you can see on a sale site spec sheet. PSUs are very complicated and you have to look through professional reviews to figure out the quality. To save you the trouble, usually XFX units are the cheapest decent ones around the 500W output. Also, here's an easy reference.
