Computer turns on then off keeps trying to shut back on

Hello all,

I need your help, so basically came back after 2 days before this everything was fine system running good, I built this system my self and had this problem before when I put it toghter about 5 months ago, I had to bring it into an it shop and it came back that the Cpu was faulty got a replaced ment and it worked ever since now, what it does is keeps on trying to shut on even without me trying to shut it on, I'm not sure what to do? I really don't want to bring it to an it shop again.. That's a last resort..
Anyone pls?

Hi all

I just noticed my Cpu fan wasn't sitting right It didn't look right, so I Took it out ( Hyper 212 Evo ) then put it in right, and bingo it still works!

Everything turns on fans, Cpu cooler, everything, I haven't cleaned it in awhile would that be it? System specs
i5 4690k
Gtx 970
Msi pc mate
8gb ram
Kingston ssd
Western digital hd

If you have tested the voltages on the psu and they are good then re seat the ram and see if that fixes it. If not you will have to reseat other parts like the graphics card and maybe the cpu. It's either the psu or one of your components are not seated well.
